To file online: Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) can use the same login password used in 2019-20. If you’ve forgotten your password or this is your LEA’s first time signing up for the block grant, you can contact the CDE for technical assistance by email at: mandate@cde.ca.gov or by phone at: 916-323-6191.

As a reminder, the Feminine Hygiene Products mandate claim remains outside the block grant and can still be filed by all applicable school districts and county offices of education that are required to provide feminine hygiene products to their students. We strongly advise you to file this claim since the Legislature will use the total statewide cost of claims filed to help set future block grant funding amounts.

If you have questions about this claim or about signing up for the block grant, please give me a call.
