Will you be at CASCWA?
As a longstanding sponsor, we are excited to see this year's Annual State Conference shaping up to be one of the highest-attended, most engaging, and absolutely chock-full of relevant resources for the challenges of education today.
We've teamed up with Raúl Ayala, Director of Pupil Services at Riverside Unified School District, to bring you RUSD's data-driven strategies to support student success from pre-K through graduation, along with the latest CDE-requested report on Chronic Absence across the state. For full details...
Be sure to catch our session: Tuesday, April 27 from 1:15 - 2:30 pm

Using Data to Adapt MTSS for Student Success in Distance Learning
Distance learning requires us to focus on building positive relationships with families from diverse cultures, backgrounds and ethnicities. The digital divide has disproportionately impacted students of color and families from low-socioeconomic backgrounds. Riverside Unified School District educates nearly 42,000 students across 50 school sites and is the 16th largest district in the state with a 97% graduation rate. Using real-time data to adapt their multi-tiered system of supports, RUSD took district-wide action to recover learning time, reconnect with disconnected students and get at the root of their attendance problems to close equity gaps. Attendees will walk away with strategies to address the factors that impact chronic absenteeism, increase participation rates and create a culture of student success.
Let's connect at SI&A's virtual Sponsor Booth or at the presentation. This is an incredible opportunity to share what's been working over the last year; I hope to see you at CASCWA's 84th Annual State Conference Virtual Workshop April 26 and 27.
