Our Story
From Compliance Experts to Attendance Partners
We started in 2003 as a compliance partner for California school districts and county offices of education, managing the mandates, regulations, and reporting that keep districts funded and protected. That work taught us how districts actually operate: where the paperwork piles up and where staff time disappears.
Then we turned that knowledge toward the problem costing districts the most. Attention2Attendance® (A2A), our patented attendance solution, sends automated interventions to families the moment absences start to add up, and districts using it reduce absenteeism by as much as 25 percent. More than twenty years in, attendance is still where we spend most of our energy, because a student in class is the starting point for everything else a school does.

Most of the people who built this company still work here. Our team includes application developers, QA analysts, data analysts, product managers, and school site specialists, and most of them are public school families themselves. They build for districts they know firsthand.
