SI&A is currently looking for individuals to fill two Appointment Setter Positions in our El Dorado Hills Office (Please note: due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this position will begin as a work-from-home position and will transition to an in-office position working in our Headquarters Office in El Dorado Hills once it is deemed safe to do so).
In this exciting new position, Appointment Setters may be the first point of contact that a potential client has with our company. Appointment Setters will provide support to our sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with one of our sales people who work remotely in California and Texas. They will work in a fast-paced, fun, call-center-type environment where they will meet and exceed quotas, as well as compete in contests for prizes and bonuses. Appointment Setters will be part of our Marketing Department.
Answer inbound calls, place outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients to set up appointments for them to speak directly with a salesperson.
Explain features of products or services.
Read statements about products, services and company from scripts.
Research contact information for potential clients or use/update contact lists provided.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly call and email quotas.
Keep accurate records of all phone calls and emails.
Log information into CRM system.
Provide general administrative support (i.e. make copies, complete reports, organize documents, and rearrange schedules, etc.).
Perform all other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma
3+ years of recent applicable customer service and/or call center experience
Good data entry skills
Solid MS Office experience
CRM experience a plus
Experience using web conferencing tools for live online presentations (ZOOM experience a plus)
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable and able to speak to potential clients over the phone for the majority of a workday
Highly organized with the ability to keep accurate and timely records in company approved formats
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within company departments
