Position Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, as well as on-going support, via telephone and email for a dedicated group of clients. You’ll be supporting school personnel by training end users on utilizing our software. You will be the first line of defense to research, trouble shoot and resolve client issues. This position requires a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Utilize a variety of systems and web-based tools to research and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate, communicate and share information with our service team
  • Communicate effectively with clients i.e. being able to explain complex issues related to data and troubleshoot software
  • Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming and outgoing client telephone calls, voicemail, and e-mail requests
  • Provide a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Handle constant customer contact in a fast-paced work environment
  • Oversee each client’s complex, and varied software configuration
  • Demonstrate urgency and enthusiasm while handling customer questions
  • Anticipate potential issues and recommend solutions
  • Must be flexible while working collaboratively and independently
  • Contribute to our positive work environment
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Troubleshooting and technical experience with web-based applications
  • Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of standard business applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong multi-tasking ability, extremely detail-oriented and excellent judgment skills
  • Ability to learn quickly & follow directions
  • Ability to problem solve and maintain adaptability in a continually changing, high-growth environment
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday
