Our partnership was established because we share similar core values including: improving school climate, increasing attendance and raising test scores. Because of our services benefit several departments, SI&A is able to view the 'world' from many angles - from the Business Office to Student Services - and therefore together, we can provide additional value to our clientele. Further, we are able to provide thoughtful solutions to CASCWA and their members, which will ease their, and the districts, workload.

We create a network of processional support, mentors and educators, and we influence relevant legislation and advocate for the needs of students, families, and schools.
