Recent Changes to EIA Funding Requirements - Are You Ready?

Economic Impact Aid (EIA) is not new to California schools; however, recent legislative changes to the EIA program drastically affect how funding is allocated to EIA-LEP and EIA-SCE in the 2008-09 school year. The cornerstone for new funding distribution is to have an approved intradistrict allocation plan.

These webinar sessions demonstrate how to develop a complete and compliant intradistrict allocation plan that addresses recent legislative changes and supports your district's priorities. Webinar attendees will receive advice on budgeting and planning strategy for program allocations, and spreadsheet tools. Along with the provided materials, participants will take away solid knowledge of the current EIA program, ready to create an intradistrict allocation plan.
