EIA Workshops - Back by Request!Since holding its Economic Impact Aid (EIA) workshops in August of 2007, School Innovations & Advocacy has had numerous requests to revisit this series. Due to popular demand, SI&A proudly announces upcoming dates - February 4th, February 6th and March 11th, 2008. Recent Changes to EIA Funding Requirements - Are You Ready?Recent legislative changes to the EIA program now allow districts more funds and flexibility to level the playing field for qualifying students in California schools. In this workshop, participants will learn how to navigate the regulations of EIA funding and to create a compliant intradistrict allocation plan for maximum program effectiveness Presented by Carol BrushCarol Brush served on the committee that helped frame the new EIA changes. She now works on behalf of School Innovations & Advocacy to develop and implement training materials for program administrators.
